For recent data, please go to MAVISE - Database on television channels and television companies in the European Union or click here for the Czech Republic.

This database provides basic data on all the television channels accessible in the European Union and the two candidate countries (Croatia and Turkey). MAVISE contains key information on ca. 3,000 companies, some 4,000 television channels and the line-up of more than a hundred distributors.
MAVISE also includes a short description of the national TV markets and links to the relevant national organisations and sources.
The MAVISE database is edited and published by the European Audiovisual Observatory in the framework of a contract with the DG Communication of the European Commission.
