Welche EU-Länder haben die AVMD-Richtlinie in nationales Recht umgesetzt?

Die Richtlinie über audiovisuelle Mediendienste (AVMD-Richtlinie) wurde zuletzt im Herbst 2018 überarbeitet. Die Europäische Kommission hat die Frist für die Umsetzung in nationales Recht auf den 19. September 2020 festgelegt..

Die folgende Tabelle zeigt den derzeitigen Stand in den einzelnen EU-Mitgliedstaaten

Diese Tabelle gibt einen rein informativen Überblick über den Umsetzungsprozess der Richtlinie über audiovisuelle Mediendienste 2018/1808  in die nationalen Rechtssysteme der 27 EU-Mitgliedstaaten und des Vereinigten Königreichs. Im Falle Belgiens sind die flämisch-, französisch- und deutschsprachige Gemeinschaft getrennt dargestellt.

Die in der Tabelle aufgeführten Gesetzestexte umfassen sowohl endgültig verabschiedete Gesetze und Verordnungen als auch Vorschlagsentwürfe, die im Rahmen nationaler Konsultationen veröffentlicht und von den gesetzgebenden Organen der Mitgliedstaaten vorgelegt oder derzeit diskutiert werden. Der Umsetzungsprozess kann erst dann als abgeschlossen betrachtet werden, wenn er bei der Europäischen Kommission vom betreffenden Mitgliedstaat formell notifiziert wurde. Der Notifizierungsstand gemäß den Datenbanken TRIS und MNE ist, soweit verfügbar, in der Tabelle enthalten.

Die Europäische Audiovisuelle Informationsstelle aktualisiert die Tabelle durch Sekundärforschung und Beiträge seitens ihres Netzwerks nationaler Experten. Jeder Beitrag zur Aktualisierung der Tabelle ist höchst willkommen und kann an Iris@obs.coe.int gesendet werden.

Die endgültigen Texte werden in die AVMSDatabase der EAI eingepflegt.
