Description

Viktoria Meshaykina has joined the Observatory in January 2023. She is responsible for administrative and financial issues including human resources and budget monitoring. 

Viktoria holds Master’s degree in Business Administration from Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg (DE) and Management and Financial Accounting Diploma from Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (UK). Before joining our team, Viktoria worked in the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities and the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe.
