This regulatory framework was approved by AGCOM on 24 September 2024, and contains technical and procedural methods that website operators and video-sharing platform providers must adopt to verify users' age.

  In a response to the European Commission's letter of formal notice for non-notification of regulations transposing the Audiovisual Media Services Directive, the Slovenian government stated that  the phase of harmonisation of the bill with relevant stakeholders was successfully completed, and in the autumn of 2020, the phase of inter-ministerial coordination was also completed.   The draft was sent for interdepartmental co-ordination in September, it was then was withdrawn for further changes. Deadlines have since been extended for this interdepartmental co-ordination. • On 24 October, MPRT finalised its assignment from the government regarding the establishment of a dispute resolution mechanism for users and providers of video sharing platforms. • On 10 June 2022, the Swedish Press, Radio and Television Authority has presented to the Ministry of Culture a mechanism that enables impartial dispute resolution between users and providers of video sharing platforms under Swedish jurisdiction.
