Video-sharing platforms (VSPs)
The European Audiovisual Observatory looks at the legislation of VSPs in Europe.
VSPs provide an incredible online world of content. In June, we look at the European audiovisual legislation and the new rules concerning this new media.

AVMSD
The Audiovisual Media Services Directive (AVMSD), its transposition and the member states’ obligations contained in the Directive are followed closely by the European Audiovisual Observatory.
The AVMSD is one of the keystones of media law in the European Union and we help you understand its new implications for national media law in Europe.
