Yearbook Online Service
IRIS Legal Observations of the European Audiovisual Observatory reports monthly and free of charge on the most important legal developments for the audiovisual industry in 41 European countries. In more than 30 short articles, it provides a regular overview of what has been happening at national and international level in relation to legislation or court decisions in fields such as broadcasting, cinema, on-demand and communications services, and IPTV.
The AVMSDatabase allows interactive and multiple tagged searches across the national transpositions of the Audiovisual Media Services Directive 2010/13/EU (AVMSD) in the 27 EU member states. Each provision of the AVMSD is associated with the corresponding provision(s) of national primary legislations, so as to allow searches by article and/or by country. The AVMSDatabase will be regularly updated with the national implementing measures taken by member states to transpose the revised AVMSD (Directive 2018/1808), which was due to be transposed by 19 September 2020.
