EFARN Film Research Library now on line

The European Audiovisual Observatory and the European Film Agencies Research Network (EFARN) have just launched a new database of film industry research and statistics which can be freely consulted on line.

Take a tour here.

This new database contains over 130 research articles on European cinema from the various members of the EFARN network. The Strasbourg-based European Audiovisual Observatory, part of the Council of Europe, has also uploaded its latest market reports on European cinema into this new research tool.

All research reports can be selected according to the following criteria:

  • Specific topics or free text search
  • Publishing organisation
  • Language or country
  • Publication year

This new database will constantly receive new research reports from the EFARN members as well as from the European Audiovisual Observatory. It represents an invaluable new directory of the latest economic and market research being carried out in the field of European cinema.
