On 24 April 2026 from 13:00 to 18:30 EET the University of Cyprus is organising the 3rd Conference of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence DIGI U, entitled “Digital Platforms: Under the Scope of the New Era in Digital Services.”
This year’s conference, “Safeguarding Fundamental Rights and Democratic Values in the EU Digital Sphere and Beyond,” will bring together experts to explore the evolving regulatory landscape and its broader societal implications.
Diego de la Vega, our Senior Legal Analyst, will participate in the event and deliver a presentation entitled “Platform Regulation, Disinformation and FIMI in Europe: General Framework and Selected National Examples.” His contribution is based on his latest report on this topic.
The conference will take place at the premises of the University of Cyprus, Amphitheater Β108 University House “Anastasios G. Leventis”
