On 23 and 24 January 2023 Susanne Nikoltchev, our Executive Director, will participate in a Conference on the impact of EU platform regulation on democratic discourse and media policy.
The conference will provide an in-depth discussion on the future of media policy nationally and on the EU level in view of the European Commission proposal for a European Media Freedom Act (EMFA).
The conference will be attended by ministry officials and public authorities throughout the EU, as well as experts and other actors in the media sector.
It is organised by the Ministry of Culture of Sweden.
