Elisa Joliveau-Breney joined the Observatory as a Film Analyst in October 2025. She produces economic reports and analyses of the European audiovisual sector, focusing on the cinema industry.

Elisa holds a Master's degree in Management from emlyon business school in Lyon, France. She draws on a wide range of experience in the audiovisual sector, with a focus on international cooperation: from co-production and film financing in Brussels, Belgium, to audiovisual cooperation and project management at the French Institute in Seoul, South Korea. Before joining the Observatory team, Elisa was negotiating broadcasting rights as a co-production and acquisitions executive for ARTE, a cultural TV channel and VOD platform based in Strasbourg.
