The Advisory Committee (ADCO) is a consultative group of representatives from the Observatory’s partner institutions and key European audiovisual organisations. ADCO provides recommendations on the Observatory’s activities and meets at least once a year, operating under its own rules set by its members.
Its current Chair is Ms Laura Houlgatte, CEO of the International Union of Cinemas (UNIC). Her mandate is from 01/01/2025 until 31/12/2026.

The "Governance Documents" section includes an overview of the organisation and the functioning of the Observatory, the statutes describing the composition and tasks of the ADCO in the Observatory’s Statute, as well as the ADCO’s own Rules of Procedure.
