Neill Fitzgerald is the latest addition to EPRA having joined the Secretariat in November 2024. He was previously policy officer at the Permanent Representation of Ireland to the Council of Europe and project officer at the "Région Grand Est", a regional authority in northeastern France. 

Neill holds a bachelor’s degree in European and Hispanic Studies from University College Cork, Ireland and a master’s degree in European policies and public affairs from the Institute of Sciences Po Strasbourg, France.
