The European Audiovisual Observatory frequently publishes calls for tenders, enabling any company to become a supplier.
Tender procedures are managed according to the following threshold values:
1. Need between EUR 2000 (or EUR 6 000 for intellectual services) and EUR 55 000 [*] or EUR 171 000 [*]
- Calls for tenders are sent to the Observatory’s known suppliers
- and published on the Observatory’s website.
2. Need > EUR 55 000 [*] or EUR 171 000 [*]:
- Calls for tenders are sent to the Observatory’s known suppliers
- published on the Observatory’s website
- and published on the E-procurement platform.
All suppliers replying to calls for tenders issued by the Observatory are informed of decisions taken on their bids. Awards relating to the tenders published on E-procurement platform are also available online.
