On 18 March 2026, Sophie Valais, Deputy Head of Department for Legal Information, will participate in a morning discussion entitled “Médias, IA & Concurrence : rétablir un terrain de jeu équitable” (“Media, AI and Competition: Restoring a Level Playing Field”).
Sophie will contribute to the opening presentation, “The media landscape in Europe in the age of AI”, where she will discuss recent developments in European regulation concerning generative AI and their implications for the media sector.
The discussion will be held in French and is not open to the public.
