Sophie Valais, Deputy Head of Department, and Diego de la Vega, Senior Legal Analyst at the Department for Legal Information will participate in the CONECTA Magaluf-Mallorca, Spain.

On 27 May from 09.30 to 10.00 Diego de la Vega will make a keynote presentation during a session entitled “AI & Copyright: Who Owns Creativity Now?” The session will explore how copyright frameworks are adapted to AI-driven production, who controls value in hybrid human-machine creation, and what this means for creators, producers, and the future of IP.
